Why We Love Serving Maryland Heights

Maryland Heights spans two worlds: the Westport commercial footprint and the residential neighborhoods around Bonhomme Creek. That makes it a great fit for us — we light homes and businesses alike, from single-family subdivisions to storefronts, office parks, and HOAs across the Westport corridor.

The residential neighborhoods are largely newer, walkable, and family-oriented, which suits welcoming, well-placed displays that look great from your own porch and from sidewalk view. Many homes sit near Creve Coeur Lake Memorial Park and other natural areas, where a warm, classic display fits the setting nicely.

Design Approach

Designing a Holiday Display for Maryland Heights

Maryland Heights is one of the few St. Louis-area cities where commercial lighting runs at parity with residential — the Westport corridor alone generates significant ongoing demand from corporate parks and office buildings — so we handle both at the same standard here. The residential neighborhoods are generally consistent in character (suburban, newer construction), which keeps design decisions straightforward and makes clean roofline the natural anchor. These blocks are also some of the best in our service area for the neighborhood discount, and we’ve done coordinated installs across whole streets. Many homes sit near Creve Coeur Lake Memorial Park, so we aim the display inward toward the home and keep it warm where properties back onto natural areas.

General Liability & Workers' Compensation

Deeper lots: wrapped trees and lit walkways

Newer builds: peaks, gables, and fuller treatments

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've been using Santa's Elves for our holiday lighting the past several years and could not be more pleased with their services. They are timely, efficient, professional and friendly. They do a wonderful job with the lighting on our house, as well as removing the lighting at end of season. We look forward to their arrival each holiday season! Highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was our first time using Santa’s Elves. We signed our contract on a Friday evening and our lights were up on Monday afternoon. Appreciate the quick turnaround. Can’t wait to turn them on for the season.

FAQ

Maryland Heights Holiday Lighting FAQ.

Do you do commercial holiday lighting in the Westport area?

Yes — storefronts, office parks, HOAs, and restaurants are a core part of what we do, and Westport is a strong commercial market for us.

Can our whole subdivision book together?

Definitely. Maryland Heights blocks are ideal for our neighborhood discount — more neighbors on the route means bigger savings for each home.

We back onto the park — will the display fit?

It will. We aim the display inward toward the home and keep it warm and classic where properties border Creve Coeur Lake Memorial Park.

When should I book, and are you licensed and insured?

Book early — the calendar fills through the fall since every display is custom-cut. And yes, we’re
licensed in Missouri with general liability and workers’ comp.
