Meet Matt Wooldridge.

Matt Wooldridge has been in the holiday lighting and decoration business since 2012. He founded Santa’s Elves Holiday Lighting & Decor and, in 2018, the year-round sister company Santa’s Elves.

Matt’s background goes back over 15 years in the broader Saint Louis landscaping industry. Before building his businesses, he was working in landscaping while attending EMT/Paramedic school and volunteering for his local fire district.

The deliberate seasonal split between the two brands means the same professional team and quality standards apply to client work all year long. Customers who hire Santa’s Elves for holiday work often become Santa’s Elves customers — and vice versa.

Yes. Quote requests are accepted any time of year and estimates are always free.
Anytime. We start gearing up for the season in July, so booking sooner is recommended for the best schedule.
Not for the quote — if we can pull a clear image of your home from Google Street View we’ll work from that. If not, we’ll ask you to send one. You don’t need to be home for installation either.
Commercial-grade LED bulbs in C9, C7, and 5MM sizes — solid colors (red, blue, green, orange, purple), multi-color, warm white, pure white, and cool white.
Yes — any solid color or combination of colors. We’ll walk you through the options during your quote.
All holiday lighting and decor is rented. Each setup is custom-cut and designated to your home, but the rental model lets you change your service year to year and never worry about replacement costs.
Yes. When take-down happens, your lights and decor are stored in a tote labeled with your name and address. You’ll never get someone else’s lights.
Warm white (similar to traditional clear incandescent), pure white (crisp bright white), and cool white (with a slight blue tone).
Yes. Pre-lit LED wreaths from 12″ to 72″ diameter, and pre-lit LED garland in 9′ x 12″ sections.
Yes. If anything goes out or comes loose during the season, we come back out and fix it — typically within 48 hours.
All take-downs are completed during the month of January. We pride ourselves on a quick, clean removal.

Invoices are sent upon completion of work and payment is due at that time, unless you’ve taken the pre-pay discount.
