By using the Site or communicating with us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

- Communications: the content of forms, emails, phone calls, and text messages you exchange with us.
- Payment information: if you make a payment, it is processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, and how you interact with the Site, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
How We Collect Information
We collect the information described above:
- through forms on the Site, such as our contact or estimate request form;
- when you call us or send us an email;
- when you send or receive text messages with us;
- when you make a payment through a secure payment link;
- through Jobber, our scheduling, CRM, invoicing, and messaging platform, which we use to manage estimates, appointments, invoices, and customer communications; and
- automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use the Site (see Section 4).
We may also receive information about you from advertising and analytics partners, social media services where you interact with our pages, and referral sources.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide estimates, consultations, and services;
- schedule appointments and communicate with you about your project by phone, email, and text message;
- send quote and invoice notifications, appointment reminders, and project updates;
- process payments and maintain business records;
- operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Site;
- send you administrative messages and, where permitted, marketing communications about our services;
- measure and understand the effectiveness of our advertising and content; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Text Messaging (SMS)
We use the messaging features of our scheduling and invoicing platform (Jobber) to send and receive text messages with customers. If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may text you quote and invoice notifications, appointment confirmations and reminders, “on my way” messages, scheduling and project updates, and customer-service messages.
Information collected through text messaging — including your mobile phone number, your opt-in and opt-out status, and the content of the messages you exchange with us — is used only to communicate with you about your inquiry, appointments, and services, and to provide and improve our customer service. We share this information only with the service provider that powers our messaging (Jobber) so that we can deliver these messages, and as otherwise required by law.
Mobile information and text-messaging consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. For the full text-messaging terms, please see our Terms of Service.
How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, and we work with service providers (such as Jobber and our payment processor) that maintain their own security measures. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to respond to your inquiry, provide services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations — and then delete or de-identify it.
Your Choices and Rights
You may:
- update or correct the information you have provided by contacting us;
- unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails;
- opt out of marketing and other texts by replying STOP; and
- request that we delete information we hold about you, subject to legal limits.
To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 12. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal; because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
California Residents
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will verify your request before responding, as required by law.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
