OUR PRODUCTS INCLUDE
LEDs in all product lines that our customers can pick from.
C9, C7, 5MM LEDs offered in various solid colors & assorted multi-color option comes in blue, green, orange, yellow and red. We also carry a warm white LED that is comparable to the traditional clear incandescent bulb.
Pre-lit LED wreaths ranging in size from 12” – 72” diameter.
Pre-lit LED garland comes in 9’ x 12” sections.

01. What’s the best way to contact santa’s elves?
The best option is to fill out the contact form at the bottom of our website or on the contact page here. Feel free to call our office @ 314.899.9997, but keep in mind that the closer it gets to the holiday lighting season, the harder it gets to answer all the calls.
02. Do you carry general liability & Worker’s compensation?

03. Are you licensed with the state of missouri?

04. How long have you been in the lighting & decor business?
Matt Wooldridge and his knowledgeable team have been in the holiday lighting and decoration business since 2012!
05. Do you offer service calls throughout the season?
Yes, while response times can vary throughout the busy season we do offer service calls for bulb replacements. Other issues like bad timers or non-functioning lights are addressed within 48 hours of the initial service call.
06. When does take down of my holiday lighting & decor happen?
We have always been able to complete our take downs in the month of January. We take a lot of pride in ensuring a quick removal process during that month.
07. Do you offer a discount TO FIRST RESPONDERS & MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS?
Yes, show our appreciation to these professional by offering a 5% discount.
08. Do you Offer a pre-pay discount?
Yes, customers can receive a 5% discount for pre-payment. Upon acceptance of their estimate, customer must pay in full to receive the discount. Customers can pay via a secure credit card link. If payment is not received at time of acceptance then discount cannot be applied to their account.
09. Do you offer subdivision Discount pricing?
Yes. We offer a 10% neighborhood subdivision discount. A minimum of 10 houses is required. Contact your neighbors!
10. Do you require a minimum order for my holiday lighting & decor installation?
Yes. Our minimum order is $400.00 per home.
11. Are your lights custom cut to my house?
Yes. For us, everything is about detail, consistency and custom delivery. That’s why we cut our strands to fit the exact needs and specifications of your home.
12. Are the lights that are cut to my house designated to my house for the life of the service?
Yes. When we take the lighting & decorations down, we store them in a tote with your name and address on it. You’ll never get stuck with lights for someone else’s house. When it comes time to replace the products, we don’t have any additional fees associated.
13. Are the bright white leds the only white leds you carry?
NO!! We carry a WARM WHITE LED bulb that is very comparable to the traditional, clear incandescent bulb.
14. Can I pick the color combination?
Yes. You can pick any solid color or combination of colors. Please refer to the services page for color options in the products section.
15. DO you sell or rent the lights to your customers?
All holiday lighting & decor is rented to our customers. While everything is designated to your house, we have found this service method to be more consistent and efficient for implementation. This allows our customers the flexibility to utilize our other services from year to year without being stuck with products they would of had to purchase.
16. Does santa’s elves provide a timer?
Yes. All jobs are set up with at least one timer that can be easily adjusted by the customer.
17. Do i need to be home on the day of installation?
No. As long as our installers have access to a working receptacle then customers will not need to be present for the installation.
18. what do I need to do if i Do not want my lights running after january 1?
Simply unplug the timer from the receptacle and leave it close by. We’ll pick everything up during the take down period.
19. Are there specific requirements to get a Quote started?
Yes. After initial contact we require an image of your house. If we cannot pull one off of Google Street View, we will request this from you to finalize any service quote.
20. What process do you use to bid each lighting & decor service?
All roof line estimates are based solely on linear feet.
21. When is payment due?
Invoices are sent out upon completion of work and payment is due at that time.
22. What is included in my holiday lighting Service?
Start to finish! Materials, installation, service calls, take down & storage are all included in this one time fee due at completion of installation. Maintenance on the lighting and decoration is performed before installation and during the season to ensure your display is the best on the block!
23. When is the best time to contact you regarding a quote?
We accept quote requests any time! That being said, we typically start gearing up for the season in July. So don’t be afraid to start scheduling service sooner than later.
24. what does santa’s elves do in the off-season?
The winter holidays are our busiest season, but we are always working throughout the year! We have a sister company called Landscape Lighting Guys. LLGuys.com is the best way to reach us. We offer everything from maintenance to new installation of landscape lighting. We offer free estimates for these services as well.

Santa’s Elves prides itself in customer-centric service and the highest quality in workmanship. This is why we offer highly competitive hourly rates for our valued employees. Open positions include:
CREW LEADERS (Up To $22.00/Hour) // As a Crew Leader you are required to drive a truck with trailer, manage crew laborers & ensure safety and quality control on every job. Filling out detailed paperwork and taking notes on installations are essential components to the job. Having some customer service or clientinteraction experience is a plus.
ROOF LINE INSTALLERS (Up To $20.00/Hour) // Roof Line Installers are required to safely navigate roof lines while having excellent attention to detail when installing products. Applicants must be punctual, reliable, hard working and polite. We rely on customer recommendations for our business and employee/costumer relations is paramount.
GROUND WORKERS (Up To $18.00/Hour) // Ground Workers are required to perform essential prep work in assembling product for Roof Line Installers and must run power supply safely, orderly & efficiently. Organizing the trailer and making sure they are stocked withinventory on a day-to-day basis is crucial to daily operations.
